About Me
I am an amateur wildlife photographer living in North Bedfordshire. Most of my work is UK based although I have travelled to many parts of the world in search of wildlife and wild places.
My particular interests are UK mammals, Brown Hare, Roe Deer, Fox and Badger but also thoroughly enjoy my time laying prostrate on a North Norfolk beach in the company of Sanderling and Turnstones or sat by a burbling stream entertained by a foraging Dipper.
My Story
My Story
Retirement in 2019 was the kickstart to my photography adventure. I’ve always had a passion for wildlife from my teenage years but needed something that would stretch my skill set and abilities, stimulate my mind and provide a platform for constant learning…wildlife photography seemed to fit.
I’ve learnt a lot so far and have much to learn on my journey but without doubt wildlife photography has provided some memorable moments. Whilst I love all aspects of the natural world my greatest pleasure comes from watching, understanding and interpreting an animals behaviour. I always feel privileged to share personal intimate moments of their lives and attempt to capture those moments through the lens whilst ensuring the respect for that animal is foremost in my mind.
I’ve developed this web site to share those moments through some of the images I’ve taken and hopefully encourage peoples interest in the wildlife that surrounds us.
Thank you for visiting my web site and I hope you enjoy the images.
